Business Analyst Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Provide user-friendly business information and promote standardized reporting.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and present them at a country level.
• Support retail business navigation partners in achieving healthy profits and loss.
• Determine future reporting needs at store and country levels.
• Act as an ambassador for global business information solutions and produce ad hoc reports.
• Conduct multi-dimensional business analysis to evaluate retail performance. 
• Apply understanding of goals and business priorities to achieve results.
• Collaborate with team members across units to accomplish common goals.

• Proven analytical skills and the ability to communicate figures effectively.
• Understanding of business operations, scenario thinking, and major business changes.
• Good knowledge of data science, new technologies, and analytics in a business context.
• Familiarity with IKEA’s strategic landscape, brand identity, and culture.
• In-depth knowledge of IKEA business tools, processes, and cycles.
