Your role
Your job responsibilities for this role include the following:
You will work with the Digital Project Leaders, support them in their daily project work, and learn from them how to effectively manage projects of various sizes.
You will help coordinate and talk to the global & local project teams and stakeholders in both China and Europe.
Support of maintaining the Digital Roadmap for China
Help to track and document the (digital) key results according to best practices and IKEA methodologies
About you
To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:
Excited about managing projects, digital technology & strategic portfolio management
No limitation to your major of study, business/technology-related degrees are preferable
A quick learner with logical thinking by proven high GPA is a plus
Fluent in both written & spoken English
Outstanding documentation skills: comfortable working with office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel & Word
Good coordination & communication skills: could and is willing to understand, communicate, and negotiate with different stakeholders
Relevant Internship experience within an international company or leadership experience at a student union is preferable
Existing working experience with digital tools such as JIRA, and Confluence, is a plus to ordination skills to get things done on schedule
