Digital Project Team Intern (数字项目团队实习生) (Start ASAP)

Support digital project leaders at IKEA China, coordinating global and local teams.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Work with Digital Project Leaders, supporting daily project work.
• Coordinate and communicate with global and local project teams and stakeholders in China and Europe.
• Support the maintenance of the Digital Roadmap for China.
• Assist in organizing events like the Roadmap Planning Workshop.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• No limitation on major; business/technology degrees preferred.
• Proficiency in strategic planning and time management.
• High GPA and quick learning ability.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Outstanding documentation skills with office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Relevant internship experience or leadership experience in a student union.
• Experience with digital tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
