People & Culture Intern (人力资源与文化实习生) (Start ASAP)

Assist in HR tasks for part-time employees at IKEA, fostering a spirit of togetherness.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for interview arrangement, entry and exit, attendance, and employee relations of part-time employees.
• Data document entry and related form management.
• Employee file organization and personnel information processing.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the HR team.

About You

The ideal candidate is:

• A junior or second-year graduate student, major not limited, aspiring to develop in human resources.
• Careful, good at communication, flexible, enthusiastic, cheerful, and responsible.
• Proficient in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software.
• Able to guarantee at least 3 days of attendance a week (weekdays, can be arranged by yourself).
