Ensure supplier capacity and delivery performance for IKEA, a values-driven home furnishing brand.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Securing operational capacities by ensuring high-quality capacity data from suppliers.
• Contributing to tactical capacity planning based on supplier performance.
• Updating and securing correct business set-up information in relevant systems.
• Preparing suppliers for best replenishment and delivery solutions.
• Identifying and implementing the best logistical offers with customer and cost in mind.
• Planning and executing range changes at suppliers.
• Improving supplier delivery performance and ensuring timely shipments.
• Developing suppliers' logistic competence through projects and training.
• Gathering and analyzing data for decision-making and reporting.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of supplier capabilities, material, production flow, and capacity planning.
• Leadership skills to ensure timely and complete goods readiness.
• Ability to translate Category Plan into logistics solutions.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, ISOT, QS PowerBi.
• Advanced knowledge of statistics, analysis methodologies, and data visualization tools.
