Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Provide analytical and administrative support to the QLD Logistics & Industrial team.
• Maintain data input for the QLD Industrial team.
• Create and manage property listings and marketing materials.
• Liaise with stakeholders to produce detailed property marketing reports.
• Prepare top-quality pitch documents and detailed sales analyses.

About you

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Property, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous property experience is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• A keen interest in the commercial property industry with aspirations to become a sales and leasing agent.
• Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills.
