Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Assist in daily property management operations.
• Help prepare and analyze fault reports and compile monthly management reports.
• Support property inspections and maintenance oversight.
• Aid in tenant correspondence preparation.
• Contribute to market research and competitive analysis projects.
• Assist in creating and maintaining property databases and records.
• Support client communications and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with departments like accounting, leasing, and facilities management.
