Capital Markets Research – Asia Pacific Capital Markets Intern (May 2025)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Developing insights and trends based on market data and communicating findings in written reports.
• Creating and updating presentation materials on macroeconomic trends, transaction activity, and market fundamentals.
• Updating and maintaining a quarterly database of transactional activity.
• Assisting in producing thought leadership content and sector insights on emerging sectors.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with large datasets.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in meeting various stakeholder requests.
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Prior knowledge of Asia Pacific real estate market trends is beneficial but not required.
