Facility Management - Real Estate Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Assist in day-to-day facility management operations.
• Support the development and maintenance of facility management plans.
• Help coordinate maintenance schedules and vendor services.
• Participate in space planning and optimization projects.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing facility-related costs and budgets.
• Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Help maintain facility management databases and documentation.
• Assist in conducting facility audits and inspections.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in facility management and real estate operations.
