Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Participating in a 12-week internship within the Office Leasing Advisory (OLA) business lines.
- Gaining insights into daily tasks under the guidance of experienced real estate brokerage professionals.
- Engaging in a structured learning journey to explore real estate professional development.
- Hearing from senior stakeholders and benefiting from group coaching and self-paced learning modules.
About you
Candidates should be:
- Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Passionate about real estate and knowledgeable about industry trends.
- Excellent communicators with a team player mindset.
- High in integrity, adaptable, and possess a positive learning attitude.
- Confident and driven with a hunger to succeed.
Training & development
