Your role

Your internship experience includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Perform Engineering Due Diligence activities with guidance and support from supervisors.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop MEP Consultancy plans and proposals.
  • Provide administrative support for MEP Consultancies, such as scheduling meetings and drafting correspondence.
  • Develop playbooks and other resources to support the EO core business.
  • Assist with stakeholder follow-ups and communication.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
  • Work under the guidance of engineering leaders to ensure project success and timely completion of tasks.
  • Gain hands-on experience and exposure to the engineering consultancy industry.
  • Support other duties as assigned by the engineering team or management.

Training and development

This 12-week Programme will give you a flavor of what it takes to work in one of Work Dynamics' business lines.  Working closely under the mentorship of an experienced engineering professional, you will gain a better understanding of some of the daily tasks related to your area of expertise. In addition, you will be able to participate in soft skills training sessions and peer networking events that bolster your development as a facilities management professional.

About you

To apply for this role, you have to meet the following preferred experience and technical skills:

  • You are currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, or a similar related field.
  • A well-rounded individual who is passionate about real estate and well-versed in industry trends.
  • High in integrity, open, highly adaptable, and possess a positive learning attitude.
  • Confident in yourself and driven in your work with a hunger to succeed.
