- Participating in a 12-week program within the Retail Leasing business.
- Working under experienced real estate brokerage professionals.

- Hearing from senior stakeholders and benefiting from group coaching and self-paced learning modules.
About you
Candidates should:
- Be pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Be passionate about real estate and knowledgeable about industry trends.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Demonstrate integrity, adaptability, and a positive learning attitude.
- Be confident, driven, and eager to succeed.
