Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Supporting the Work Dynamics team in providing technology-powered solutions.
- Engaging in a structured learning journey to develop consulting skills.
- Participating in group coaching and self-paced learning modules.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to gain insights.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in commercial real estate and workplace strategy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
