Transactions Specialist (Start ASAP)

Manage and retain customer relationships, ensuring outstanding service at JPMorgan Chase.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct remediation reviews for checks failing validation criteria.
• Compare MICR line information with data files and make corrections.
• Review routing number, check number, account number, and dollar amount.
• Repair checks from deposit-friendly ATMs, Quick Deposit, and VPC.
• Process over 69 million items annually at sites in Fort Worth, Texas, and Bengaluru, India.
• Perform duties within established service level requirements.
• Escalate issues timely and appropriately.
• Exhibit high standards of customer service.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Any graduate degree.
• Fresher or minimum 2 years of experience.
• Good typing speed.
• Thoroughness, accuracy, and credibility in duties.
• Adaptability to challenges and changes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
