Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with senior leaders and teams across asset classes.
  • Developing client-focused strategies and innovative products.
  • Assisting with client sales and retention.
  • Providing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Conducting market research and assisting in strategic planning.
  • Developing relationships with institutional investors.
  • Learning about asset allocation strategies.

About You:

Candidates should have:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (No MBA).
  • Expected graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong quantitative skills and a passion for investing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Strong initiative, energy, and confidence.
  • Good judgment and discretion with confidential information.
  • Background in financial accounting, financial analysis, or mathematics is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets, investing, and macro-level economics.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $100,000.00. Benefits typically include healthcare, retirement plans, and employee discounts.
