Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Participate in immersive job shadowing at client locations and Chase Branches.
  • Conduct product, market, and client research.
  • Complete special projects in Business Banking, such as Sales Strategy and Marketing.
  • Manage a portfolio of 25-40 business clients with annual revenues of $1-$5 million.
  • Provide tailored deposit and cash management solutions.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with prospects and clients.
  • Own client experience survey results and escalate issues as needed.
  • Identify and pursue new business clients for long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with partners across Chase lines of business.
  • Support assigned branches and adhere to risk management protocols.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Pursuit of a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. with graduation between December 2023 and June 2025.
  • A strong desire to build a network in the financial industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation & Benefits:

The role offers a salary of $31.25 per hour in Palo Alto, CA, and Washington, DC. Additional benefits include healthcare and other perks.

Training & Development:

The program provides hands-on experience, virtual training, and mentorship to develop financial acumen and professional skills.

Career Progression:

Upon successful completion, trainees can advance to a Business Relationship Manager role, working directly with business owners to manage cash flow and secure financing.
