Join JPMorgan Chase as an Innovation Development Summer Analyst, driving product innovation and business transformation.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Rotating through two teams within the Commercial & Investment Bank
  • Contributing to high-impact projects with stakeholders
  • Exploring diverse products and solutions
  • Developing skills in disciplines matching your interests
  • Supporting product development or launch
  • Formulating recommendations to shape business strategy
  • Analyzing data to drive decisions
  • Identifying solutions to meet client needs
  • Aiding in critical process transformations

About You:

Candidates should be currently enrolled students in good standing at accredited U.S. universities, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and Spring 2027, and possess:

  • A passion for business transformation and product innovation
  • A strong work ethic and self-starter attitude
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and navigate ambiguity
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving skills in interpreting data and trends
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity
  • A proven record of academic, extracurricular, and/or professional achievement
  • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: New York, NY $48.07/hr; Chicago, IL $43.26/hr. Competitive total rewards package including discretionary incentive compensation, comprehensive health care coverage, retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, and financial coaching.
