Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing market data, building financial models, and preparing client presentations for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets advisory.
- Participating in client mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions from pitch to close under senior leaders' guidance.
- Developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Learning how to help clients and communities grow.
- Sharpening corporate finance technical skills.
- Building a professional network with mentors, senior executives, and others.
About You:
Candidates should possess the following:
- Fluency in English.
- Expected graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027.
- If in a master’s program, it must be attained within 2 years of receiving a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Academic major in finance, economics, engineering, or business.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Pay/Salary:
- Chicago, IL: $110,000.00
- Los Angeles, CA: $110,000.00
- San Francisco, CA: $110,000.00
- New York, NY: $110,000.00
Training & Development:
The nine-week program begins with five days of orientation and training, providing technical and practical skills. Mentoring from senior leaders and engaging projects are included.
Career Progression:
Top performers may receive a 2027 full-time analyst offer at the end of the summer.
