Join J.P. Morgan's Markets Summer Analyst Program to gain real-world financial experience and develop sophisticated financial solutions.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Exploring sophisticated financial solutions across asset classes.
  • Joining one of four tracks: Sales, Trading, Structuring & Origination, or Digital Markets.
  • Supporting senior colleagues with research, analysis, and preparatory work.
  • Monitoring markets, developing trade ideas, and conducting portfolio reviews.
  • Learning about solutions and products for clients to manage market conditions.

About You:

A strong interest in global financial markets is essential.

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Coursework in finance or economics is a plus.
  • Attend college/university in the U.S. with a graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027.
  • Minimum preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York. Benefits include comprehensive health care coverage, retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, and financial coaching.

Training & Development:

The program offers hands-on experience, relevant skills training, and valuable professional networking. Expert instructors and J.P. Morgan professionals provide technical and practical skills training.
