Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary in New York, NY: $100,000.00-$110,000.00. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, and financial coaching.

Training & Development:

The nine-week program includes orientation, training, mentoring from senior leaders, and engaging projects to develop technical and practical skills.
