Join JPMorgan Chase's 9-week summer analyst program to gain comprehensive knowledge in Securities Services.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing analytical, technical, and leadership skills.
  • Gaining hands-on program management experience.
  • Working with engaged managers and global teams.
  • Participating in networking opportunities with business leaders and alumni.
  • Engaging in three ten-month rotations in Client Services, Product Development, and Product Management.

About You:

Candidates should possess:

  • Strong interest in finance, project management, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional writing, verbal communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to synthesize information and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Expected graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary of $100,000 in New York, NY. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare coverage, retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, and more.

Training & Development:

The program offers a comprehensive overview of the business, access to Securities Services University courses, and leadership training. Full-time analysts participate in a 2-week bootcamp in New York.

Career Progression:

Successful completion of the summer program leads to an offer for the Securities Services Leadership Full-Time Rotational Program, with potential for a permanent role within Securities Services.
