Join J.P. Morgan's CRE group as a Summer Analyst, gaining hands-on experience and networking in a 9-week program!

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working on financial models to support financing transactions
  • Assisting in the completion of credit approval memos
  • Preparing marketing materials for client meetings
  • Developing an understanding of J.P. Morgan products and services
  • Collaborating with team members and participating in projects

About You:

Candidates should possess:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 - June 2027
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
  • Coursework in real estate, finance, accounting, or economics is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. 

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Pay/Salary: Los Angeles, CA $38.46; New York, NY $38.46; San Francisco, CA $38.46; Irvine, CA $38.46; Chicago, IL $38.46. Benefits include comprehensive health care coverage, retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, and financial coaching.

Training & Development:

The role offers training opportunities to sharpen skills, networking with peers, and exposure to various asset classes in Commercial Real Estate.

Career Progression:

Successful completion of the program may lead to a full-time Analyst role, offering further training and exposure within the CRE business.
