Your role

J.P. Morgan Payments is at the forefront of the industry - an innovative fintech organization within the Corporate and Investment Bank that is focused on improving cash management, and payment solutions and building a best-in-class Campus Program.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Beginning to learn how they work with 100,000+ clients in 160+ countries to support cash management needs and technology-based payment solutions across 120+ currencies.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to meet client needs.
• Exposure to product and client coverage teams.
• Being part of creating innovative ideas to transform the Payments Landscape.
• Working under the guidance of mentors and a supportive team.
• Networking with industry leaders, accessing best-in-class training, and learning how all their businesses work together to provide excellent customer service. 

Training & development 

This nine-week program kicks off with an orientation and training sessions, taught by top professionals and expert instructors. The team members and mentors will help you navigate the firm and continue to learn about their businesses. You will have a chance to take a deep dive into an area within the Payments organization. Access to senior management and a strong network of peers will promote ongoing professional development throughout the summer.

The annual salary for the role at this company will be $100,000.

• Expected graduation date of December 2025 – June 2026 from Bachelors or Masters program
  • If you are pursuing a Master’s Degree, it must be completed within 2 years of your Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
