Job description:

2025 Global Private Bank Global Families Group Asia Summer Analyst Program.

The Global Families Group works exclusively with international individuals and families who have investments, business interests and family circumstances across the United States and the Asia Pacific region. Based in San Francisco, the team offers a full suite of services encompassing multi-asset class investing, customized lending solutions, cross-border wealth planning, fiduciary services, banking, philanthropic advisory, and family office support to clients that are primarily based in the Greater China region and California.

You'll also:

  • Work with their teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute strategies that help clients meet their financial goals.
  • Partner with bankers, global investment specialists and estate experts to help recommend investment and wealth management solutions that protect, manage and grow their client's portfolios.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including but not limited to market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams to conduct research and analysis, develop products and respond to client needs.
  • Continuously learn through one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions and ongoing events to grow your professional network.

Training & development

Their nine-week program begins with a week of induction, during which you'll receive training and orientation to their businesses. This initial week equips you with the technical and practical knowledge necessary to start contributing to your teams effectively. Throughout the program, you'll receive training and mentorship from senior leaders, and you'll work on engaging projects that utilize all your skills, providing ample support for your success.

Salary & benefits

The annual base pay for this role is $100,000.00.

About you

Key skills include:

  • Fluency in verbal & written Mandarin and English is mandatory, other Chinese dialects such as Cantonese and Taiwanese are a plus.
  • Expected graduation date of December 2025 – June 2026 from Bachelor’s or Master’s program. 
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • JPMorgan Chase will assist with F-1 STEM optional practical training (OPT) and curricular practical training (CPT).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
