Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Collaborate with top-tier professionals to influence strategic business decisions.
  • Contribute to financial management, risk management, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in a two-year rotational program across Business Management, Controller, Financial Analysis, and Project Management.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to impact financial results.
  • Engage in large-scale projects and initiatives across the firm.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S., graduating between December 2024 and June 2025.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in financial management and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Relevant internship experience and leadership roles in school or community organizations.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Working knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.

Training & Development:

The role offers in-depth industry training, one-on-one mentorship, and hands-on experience. CPA certification support and licensure-qualifying placement are also provided.
