Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with a team of advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and serve existing clients.
  • Deliver highly customized and comprehensive solutions to help protect, manage, and grow wealth.

About You:

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Fluent in verbal and written Mandarin and English.
  • Team-oriented and driven to develop complex solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Interest in financial markets and macroeconomic trends.
  • Aspiration to work with clients in relationship building and sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Inquisitive, focused, proactive, with good judgment and discretion.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits:

The role offers a base salary of $100,000 in San Francisco, CA, and New York, NY. Benefits include comprehensive health care coverage, a retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, financial coaching, and more. Eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation.

Training & Development:

The nine-week program includes induction, training, and hands-on projects, with potential for a full-time offer for top performers.
