Collaborate with JPMorgan Chase's Summer Analyst Program to deliver wealth management solutions and build client relationships in Latin America.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding client needs and examining market activities to develop strategies.
• Collaborating with bankers, investment specialists, and wealth advisors.
• Conducting research and analysis with market strategy and investment teams.
• Engaging in mentorship and learning sessions to grow your professional network.

About You:

Candidates should possess:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Cultural knowledge and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Expected graduation date of December 2026 through June 2027.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Interest in financial markets and economic trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary of $100,000 in New York, NY. Benefits include health care coverage, retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, and financial coaching.

Training & Development:

The nine-week program includes a week of induction with training and orientation, mentorship, and engaging projects.
