The Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) Insights Programs are designed to attract undergraduates who are interested in early exposure to marketing careers, and committed to the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in this industry. The MLDP Insights Programs are seeking undergraduate students, including, without limitation, Black and Hispanic & Latino students, who are interested in exploring career opportunities at JPMorganChase. We are looking for dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to help us grow and position our businesses for the future. As a Full Time Analyst in MLDP, you will have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with experts to help define and manage our brands, conduct customer and market research, and drive customer acquisition and engagement. You will collaborate with our partners to produce marketing and promotional materials, oversee external vendors and agencies, measure the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and perform with excellence and a risk and controls mindset to ensure error free executions.
MLDP starts with hands-on training, followed by three eight-month long rotations across our lines of business and corporate marketing team. You’ll build your foundational knowledge, professional skills, and experience in the following areas: Marketing Analytics, Strategy and Execution, and Brand/Creative. Upon successful completion of the program, we will support you in identifying your next role, as you build your career within the Marketing organization at JPMorganChase.

Base Pay/Salary: New York,NY $80,000.00-$80,000.00
