Job Description

The Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) Insights Programs are designed to attract undergraduates who are interested in early exposure to marketing careers, and committed to the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in this industry. The MLDP Insights Programs are seeking undergraduate students, including, without limitation, Black and Hispanic & Latino students, who are interested in exploring career opportunities at JPMorganChase. We are looking for dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to help us grow and position our businesses for the future. All undergraduate students who are interested in the MLDP Insights Programs, regardless of background, are welcome to apply. 

As a Full Time Analyst in MLDP, you will have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with experts to help define and manage our brands, conduct customer and market research, and drive customer acquisition and engagement.  You will collaborate with our partners to produce marketing and promotional materials, oversee external vendors and agencies, measure the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and perform with excellence and a risk and controls mindset to ensure error free executions. 

MLDP starts with hands-on training, followed by three eight-month long rotations across our lines of business and corporate marketing team. You’ll build your foundational knowledge, professional skills, and experience in the following areas: Marketing Analytics, Strategy and Execution, and Brand/Creative. Upon successful completion of the program, we will support you in identifying your next role, as you build your career within the Marketing organization at JPMorganChase. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Use data to support decision making and identify goals to track and report results to stakeholders (Marketing Analytics)
  • Support delivery of effective, strategic plans to drive brand awareness and engagement (Strategy and Execution)
  • Engage with creative partners to support development and delivery of impactful marketing programs, assets and collateral components to build brand awareness that grows the firm's bottom line (Brand/Creative)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • A well-rounded academic background
  • Pursuing a B.A./B.S. or 5th year M.A./M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2024 – June 2025 
  • Demonstrated interest in Marketing as depicted by relevant internship experience, coursework, and leadership in a school or community organization
  • Desire to rotate across functions and thrive in a collaborative fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Aptitude to digest large amounts of information and use it to develop innovative solutions with strong attention to detail 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0

Base Pay/Salary: New York,NY $80,000.00-$80,000.00
