Job Description
The Operations Analyst Program is designed to attract undergraduates who are interested in early exposure to financial services careers and are committed to the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in this industry.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with the end-to-end management of the client onboarding experience
Act responsibly by processing and investigating client transactions for a variety of products
Support Data Analytics and Reporting for operational functions
Analyze reference data to help support trading
Optimize processes in collaboration with Technology teams
About you
To apply for this role, you must have/be:
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Pursuing a B.A., B.S., B.B.A or 5th year M.A. or M.S., with an expected graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026
All majors considered
Great team player able to work in a dynamic and changing environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
Detailed-orientated with strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills
Have the ability to manage time, prioritize assignments, and know when to seek help for an optimal solution
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A well-rounded academic background
Ability to work within deadlines
Adapt to changing environments
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

As a Summer Analyst in the Operations Analyst Program, you will start their 9-week program with comprehensive training to introduce you to their firm, their practices, and their culture. After training, you will join the Operations function within one of their lines of business (Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Bank, or Corporate Functions) to be fully ingrained within the team’s day-to-day activities and make a clear impact on the organization and their clients. You will make an impact in a specific Operations area, which could include Payments, Trading Services, Lending Services, Client Management, Employee Operations, and many others. The program will give you the opportunity to learn about their Operations and develop your career.
They’ll give you what you need to succeed including training, mentoring, access to senior leaders, and projects that engage all your skills.
Career Progression
This role is a pipeline to their full-time Operations Analyst Program based on performance and successful completion of the 9-week internship, you may receive an offer of full-time employment.
