On Global Day of Service every employee spends the day at a charity, for example this past year the day was held at Ronald McDonald House. Pro-bono work is also encouraged and I have had the opportunity to work on pro-bono matters throughout my graduate year.

In addition, the firm has implemented a 'Global Day of Service', on which all staff work in a local charity for a day.
