Join KPMG Canada's Mid-Market Investment Banking team as an M&A Analyst Co-op, focusing on client opportunities.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Joining the Vancouver office as an M&A Analyst Co-op in January 2026.
  • Working with the Mid-Market Investment Banking team.
  • Providing merger, acquisition, and divestiture advisory services.
  • Engaging in financing services, including raising debt and equity capital.
  • Collaborating with a network of over 2,600 corporate finance professionals globally.
  • Delivering excellence in deal delivery and client service.

About You:

Candidates should possess:

  • Strong academic record.
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in finance, commerce, business, accounting, economics, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Interest in business, capital markets, and M&A.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected annual base salary range is CAD 45,000 - 60,000, with potential bonus awards. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
