Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Collaborate with the Advisory, Management Consulting team in Vancouver.
• Engage in Finance Transformation, Enterprise Performance Management, Operations, and Technology Strategy and Transformation.
• Support finance leaders in optimizing finance functions and implementing technology solutions.
• Assist clients in strategic planning, process improvement, and digital transformation.  

About You:  

Ideal candidates will have:  

• Enrollment in or completion of a university degree program by August 2025 for Consultant level.
• A bachelor's degree and significant work experience for Senior Consultant level.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• An entrepreneurial drive and a strong academic record.  

Compensation & Benefits:  

The expected annual base salary ranges from CAD 66,000 to 85,000, with potential bonus awards. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
