Join KPMG Canada's Risk Services as a Co-op/Intern, providing tailored advisory services in transactions.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Joining the Toronto office as a Co-op or Summer Intern in Risk Services.
  • Working with the Transaction Services Team to provide advisory services.
  • Evaluating business performance, financial projections, and management control.
  • Identifying key issues, performing financial analysis, and interpreting results.
  • Participating in engagement teams with senior client executives and investors.
  • Writing detailed professional reports and client deliverables.
  • Establishing credibility and developing client relationships.
  • Supporting proposals and contributing to team morale.

About You:

Candidates should have:

  • A major in Finance, Business, or equivalent.
  • Progress towards a professional designation (CPA, CA) with experience in Audit or Transaction Services.
  • Strong financial and commercial awareness with analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
  • Ability to speak other languages is an asset (Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.).
