Your Role:

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Rotate through audit, tax, and advisory departments to understand client services.
  • Support engagement teams with audit methodology, data analysis, and tax tasks.
  • Assist in creating work paper files, preparing client reports, and organizing business activities.
  • Identify engagement capabilities, review client materials, and propose analysis execution.
  • Utilize various technologies and analytics tools.
  • Contribute to the integrity and transparency of financial information.

About You:

Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Enrollment in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Taxation, or related fields.
  • Intention to obtain a CPA is preferred for accounting majors.
  • Completion of at least one semester of coursework at the time of application.
  • At least three additional semesters are required after the internship for degree completion or CPA eligibility.
  • Preferred GPA of 3.00 or above.
  • Open to students from underrepresented racial and ethnic minority groups.
  • Demonstrates commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Prior participation in KPMG or other leadership programs is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance to the office and be able to travel as needed.
  • Must be 18 years or older by June 1, 2025, and authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
