Assist clients with gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Communicate to clients in a timely and effective manner.
Work with cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.
Develop the necessary process documents, data intake forms, tools and work plans required for each project.
Understand business rules and requirements and apply knowledge to client applications and deliverables.
Build capabilities in key technologies that enable tax professionals for client service delivery such as artificial intelligence (AI), Alteryx, Power BI, and more.
About you
Qualifications:
Must be pursuing and have obtained by the start date or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months: Bachelor's and Master's in Business, Accounting, Systems, or equivalent program from an accredited college or university.
Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
Proficiency in one or more of the following is preferred: MS Access, VB, Power BI, Alteryx and/or SQL.
Demonstrated quality service mindset; strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio or other process mapping software
Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high-quality work.
Ability to learn and navigate technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), Alteryx and Power BI.
Must reside within a reasonably commutable distance to the office for this position and be able to travel to reasonably commutable work locations using own means of transportation, such as a personal vehicle or public transportation.
Ability to travel and work on-site at client premises as needed, at times with relatively short notice.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Compensation & benefits
The annual salary for this role ranges from $74,000 to $85,000 (California salary range).
