Join KPMG's International Tax team to advise on cross-border transactions and optimize global operations.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaming with colleagues to advise multinational enterprises on tax matters related to cross-border transactions.
  • Providing tax structuring advice for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
  • Learning about tax law changes and advising clients on impacts and opportunities.
  • Preparing international tax elements for financial statements and U.S. federal income tax returns.
  • Assisting audit teams with tax implications of global operations.
  • Preparing deliverables with guidance from team members.
  • Building capabilities in technologies like AI, Alteryx, and Power BI.

About You:

Candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or related fields obtained within the past 12 months.
  • Pursuit of CPA state-specific education requirements.
  • A preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Interest in U.S. international and domestic tax law.
  • Strong technical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to learn and use technologies like AI, Alteryx, and Power BI.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
