Your Role:

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Perform tax-related tasks, including compliance, advising, and planning for various clients.
  • Participate in data analytics assignments using KPMG technology.
  • Conduct tax due diligence to identify tax exposures and opportunities.
  • Assist multi-state companies with state and local tax issues.
  • Advise multinational enterprises on business and tax planning decisions.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Build capabilities in key technologies like AI, Alteryx, and Power BI.
  • Uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Enrollment in an accredited college or university, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in relevant fields.
  • Preferred degrees in Accounting and Taxation.
  • Educational requirements for CPA licensure in the principal place of business.
  • A preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Coursework or minor in information systems, software engineering, or data analytics.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to learn and navigate technologies like AI, Alteryx, and Power BI.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
