Accounting Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Kwanii Philippines is looking for an Accountant Intern who will be given hands-on experience in the financial operations of a growing company.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Support in processing accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
• Help in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned 

About you

Successful candidates possess below qualifications:

Must-Haves:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
• Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous internship or work experience in accounting or finance
• Familiarity with any accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
• Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations
