HR Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

As a Recruitment Intern, you will mainly be responsible for the whole recruiting process, including identifying potential candidates up to the whole candidate onboarding procedure.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates.
• Post job advertisements to job boards and other social media platforms.
• Review applicant resumes to evaluate applicant eligibility.
• Facilitate the entire hiring process (conduct interviews, schedule interviews with the hiring manager, monitor pre-employment requirements, and conduct new hire orientation).
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.

About you

To apply, you must have the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related degree.
• Strong ability to interact professionally with candidates at all levels.
• Good communication and organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Can work for a minimum of 320 hours equivalent to 2 months.

Schedule: 

• Day shift 
• Monday to Friday
