L’Oréal offers a 12-month paid Graduate Accounting Internship, integrating interns into daily team activities and strategic projects.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, summarizing, and analyzing accounting information for monthly reporting.
  • Analyzing and validating accounting data for consolidated reporting to headquarters.
  • Performing adhoc analysis and special projects like account analysis and process improvement.
  • Assisting with the implementation of accounting projects.
  • Attending project management meetings and summarizing discussions.
  • Providing support to the accounting team and handling other assigned projects.

About You:

Candidates should have:

  • A recent undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field within the past 12 months.
  • A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills using tools like Excel and PowerBI.
  • Ability to synthesize information and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with PowerBI as a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
