Support L'Oréal USA's LUXE Supply Chain in optimizing service levels and inventory management.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting leadership to optimize service level and inventory.
  • Managing the stock equation and ensuring demand quality for the brand.
  • Coordinating launches to optimize service level and inventory.
  • Managing launch and basic safety stock at the SKU level for multiple métiers.
  • Influencing decision-making in performance improvement and resolving obstacles.
  • Participating in cross-functional project teams and developing stock equation modules.
  • Maintaining and updating the SKU catalogue.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A recent Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of supply chain experience.
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:
