I am not aware of any bonuses available to Law Graduates. The bonuses available to Lawyers seem good but difficult to obtain if your principal is not delegating enough work.

I would like to be paid more, I don't think the salary is competitive with salaries for graduate lawyers at other law firms. It is also not clear when or if we are entitled to bonuses.
