Digital Content Creator Internship (Nov 2024)

Mariner Engineering is a leader in mobile marine service across Melbourne, specializing in high-end yachts. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality workmanship and premium experience for our customers.

We are offering the opportunity for a digital content creator to develop their professional skills and portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to capture images and video in the niche environment of yachting and marine engineering.

Over the course of a summer internship, you will build a content package, that can be posted on Mariner Engineering socials. You will be able to plan, shoot and edit content, focused on elevating the online presence of this small business.

As this is an unpaid internship, you will determine your own hours, internship duration and deliverables. We want to give you the opportunity to learn and gain professional experience.

What to expect

Our team works on-site at marinas around Melbourne, at picturesque locations such as Williamstown and Sandringham. Work is generally on larger, high-end motorboats and sailboats which are also very photogenic themselves!

You will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with management to design content strategies.
• Travel to marinas with our technicians to capture engaging content.
• Produce multimedia content, primarily videos, photos and graphics.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
