      The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience. 

      Overview 

      Working as part of the People Business Partner team, we’re passionate about the people agenda across Australia and New Zealand. Our organization is diverse, and we support teams across sales, marketing, consulting, operations and product engineering that have local, regional and global remits.

      Role

      • Working as part of the People Business Partner team, support activities across the employee life cycle, including onboarding, employee relations, engagement and talent management
      • Involved in the delivery of the People strategy including HR programs and stretch projects
      • Preparation of monthly reporting and analytics
      • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Internal Mobility, Employee Relations), HR Delivery to ensure processes and initiatives are successfully implemented and effectively developed

      The ideal candidate for this position should: 

      • Graduating seniors - Class of 2022/latest January 2023
      • Students pursuing a Masters/bachelor’s degree (all majors welcome to apply)
      • Display a high degree of initiative & agility
      • Energetic and enterprising individual
      • Passion for people and problem solving

      Experience And Skills Needed

      • Ability to work on a team and independently
      • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
      • Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
