The Finance Graduate Program

Our Finance Graduate Program is a specialised 3-year rotational Finance Pathway experience. You will gain valuable, broad, multi-functional exposure to the McCain business whilst completing a robust leadership development program throughout the three years.

So what does the Program involve?

Year one is all about building your foundations and developing your technical skillset and an understanding of the McCain business. In year two, you will move into analytics and insights, where you can apply your technical skills and deepen your business acumen. Finally, in year three, you have the chance to consolidate your experience in a business partnering role, where you can utilise your learnings so far to drive business recommendations and continue your professional development.

What does it take? Someone who…

  • Has a Bachelor’s degree with a background in Commerce, Finance or Accounting 
  • Will graduate in November 2024, or has recently graduated in the last 12 months  
  • Has excellent analytical and communication skills 
  • Has full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident) 
  • Full unrestricted working rights in Australia/New Zealand 
  • Has the willingness to relocate within Australia and New Zealand
