Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Animal Health Intelligence Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The job scope and primary focus for this position is to actively support the Business Analytics and Finance teams on a diverse array of projects and priorities that add value to the business including:

  • Build tools to support revenue and rebate budgeting
  • Ad-hoc data analysis to support business decision-making
  • Some project management

Position Qualifications

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Currently enrolled in any bachelor’s or graduate degree program
  • Completed at least 2 years of college course work by May 2025

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Available for a period of 3 months beginning approximately May 19 to August 8, 2025
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication, writing, and presentation skills 
  • Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to be organized, adapt to a changing environment, work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates high ethical standards

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day unless business-critical tasks require an on-site presence.  This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Please note, that this Hybrid work model guidance also does not apply to roles that have been designated as “remote”.
