The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Health Registration Management (HRM) Intern. In this role, you will work closely with the Health Registration Management (HRM) Business Process Operations team to conduct user experience research on the HRM SharePoint website and facilitate the transformation of critical request forms. The HRM website serves as an essential tool for our global business system users, providing access to training and education, reporting and analytics, and data governance.

The deliverables of this internship will be to conduct usability tests on the newly implemented and redesigned SharePoint site and you will play a key role in transitioning a manually entered form into an automated process using PowerApps and Power Automate functionality. These projects will involve collaborating with the team to review the current process, propose enhancements, and align tasks to realize these goals.

Furthermore, as part of this internship, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a cross-functional project, which involves transitioning to a Veeva platform for some of our Regulatory systems. This project will provide valuable insights into the planning, collaboration, and execution of the registration system implementation, offering a unique learning experience in a critical area of our business operations.

Responsibilities/Deliverables:

  • Conduct usability tests on the HRM website
  • Utilization of website design fundamentals and user experience research
  • Transition the current value request form to PowerApps
  • Participate and assist with the Veeva project

Candidates must be able to commit to full-time employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning May or June 2025.

Education Requirements:

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Candidate should be familiar with website design and development
  • Candidate should be familiar with SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate
  • Candidate should have the ability to optimize and prioritize user experience through research and design
  • Candidate should be proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Candidate should have an aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Candidate should have excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Candidate should be able to work independently to deliver objectives for the team
