Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. 

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive intern to join our team as an Intelligent Integration & Labeling Management Intern. Our team plays a critical role in managing the systems that support the Regulatory Affairs group, enabling the seamless integration and labeling of products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. As the liaison between IT and Business, we are dedicated to ensuring that business requirements align with the capabilities of the systems we manage.

This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in the integration of technology and business processes. The intern will have the chance to contribute to projects and gain a comprehensive understanding of the technological and regulatory landscape that directly impacts the successful lifecycle of our products.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the assessment and documentation of business requirements for labeling systems.
  • Support the team in evaluating system capabilities to ensure they meet the needs of the Regulatory Affairs group.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot system issues and assist with system enhancements as required.
  • Aid in the testing and validation of system changes to guarantee compliance with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of guides and documentation for streamlined system processes.
  • Lead or support Intelligent Integration & Labeling Management projects.

Candidates must be able to commit to full-time employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning May or June 2025

Education Requirements:

  • Candidate must be currently pursuing a college degree related to science, engineering, IT, business operations, or a relevant field.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates should have strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Candidates should have excellent communication skills.
  • Candidates should have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Candidates should be analytical and process-minded with a demonstrated short learning curve for systems and processes to drive results based on specified objectives.
