Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that lasts up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO) team is seeking applicants for the Portfolio Resource Forecasting intern position. The intern will engage with the Portfolio Resource Forecasting organization and their functional stakeholders as they identify and validate the resource demand required to support the efficient and ethical conduct of clinical trials across GCTO.

Activities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide resource forecasting and analytics support for selected functional stakeholders
  • Develop tools to support resource forecasting
  • Provide support for Project Cost Estimates
  • Generate process maps and/or performance metrics
  • Assist organizational efforts to simplify and standardize global process
  • Develop effective communications
  • Receive exposure to the field of clinical research and drug development with direct activities supporting global clinical trial operations
  • Deliver a capstone presentation illustrating internship objectives and activities

Required Education and Skills:

  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in a business or project management, continuous improvement, computer technology, or science related discipline.
  • Candidates must be available to work full-time, on-site, for up to (12) weeks beginning in May or June of 2025.
  • Candidates must have completed at least (2) years of collegiate study by June of 2025.

Expected salary range:

 $39,600.00 - $105,500.00
