Customer Service Representative - Teller role at Metrobank involves cash handling, transaction processing, and customer service in Aparri Branch.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cash handling and processing of cash/check deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, and closing of accounts.
  • Signature verification and posting of all transaction adjustments to the Current Account/Savings Account (CA/SA) terminal at the start of the banking day.
  • Accepting and processing various fund transfers and remittances payments.
  • Handling outward clearing operations.
  • Selling the Bank’s and subsidiaries’ products and services.

About You:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree in business or finance, preferably.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
